This is a DIY centric hobby and racing drones crash, please gather details of the fault as early as possible. We always recommend you inspect the products ordered upon receipt and identify and report the issue before fly, modify. For electronic parts, please test thoroughly before soldering.
- DJI products that are supported by local DJI customer service.
- If you want to buy DJI FPV Drones strongly recommend you to buy DJI CARE REFRESH as the drones may crash in manual mode for beginners.
- You can contact local DJI customer service for DJI products directly to have direct support from DJI.
- Other FPV Products must be notified within 3 days from receipt of delivery to be eligible for exchange.
If you think you have defective products, please attach following documents within your email and send it to email@example.com in order to claim warranty :
- Clear photos of the product from different angles. e.g. Front and back sides.
- A video explaining the issue
- A photo of the shipping label and original packaging
- Return of the product for further inspection if needed
Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non FPV products Warranty:
- are all covered under 1 year manufacturer warranty by default unless specified
Batteries produced and sold by FpvFaster carry a (7) day warranty covering dead on arrival (DOA) and manufacture defects. Excludes all batteries that show signs of misuse, overcharging, impact damage or water damage. All battery returns must be approved by FpvFaster via an emailed image of defective battery to firstname.lastname@example.org, Upon approval please dispose of the damaged battery in a safe manner and the exchange or credit will be issued.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your goods, we will gladly refund, exchange or credit your item, providing the following conditions are met:
- You make contact with us within 14 days of receiving your purchase at email@example.com;
- The goods must be returned in a salable condition. This means the item remains sealed in its original packaging, has not been opened or used, and includes all manuals and accessories
- You are responsible for the postage costs when returning the item.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied if items are returned outside the specified return window.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer, and are sent at their risk. Registered post and insurance is highly recommended, as FpvFaster is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items in transit.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
